Consultation is complimentary, for both existing and starter companies. All customers’ conditions and information are strictly confidential. We would facilitate our prospective customers by giving solution to their problems, especially in improving efficiency challenges and presenting new product ideas. Starting companies are welcome to consult machineries that are needed when they already have some product ideas in mind. We will guide you to achieve your objectives.


MAINTENANCE and AFTER-SALES SERVICE

1. Service/ Maintenance division
Our first-hand products generally come with a one-year warranty. Within that period we will provide complimentary repairs. For older machineries, our Maintenance Division will assist you with internationally-trained technicians for maintenance and repair at an affordable cost.

2. In-stock and indent Spare parts
Extensive varieties of imported and local spare parts are in stock at a very competitive price to the local markets. Our spare parts are also compatible with similar machineries from different brands.

3. Yearly Maintenance contract
In addition, we also accept yearly maintenance contract for your machineries. The contract would include regular visit for check-ups, installations, and repairs. This is highly recommended as a lot of times in-house technicians are not specialized on certain machineries.
